Rubber disc impact idleres are provided at the loading point.

Two independently driven rubber rollers are provided near the conveyor
head pulley for belt cleaning.
HYDRALIC SYSTEM
The hydraulic unit is driven by 100 HP cage motor. One side of the motor
shaft is connected to a variable displacement pump with electromagnetic
directional flow control to four different capacity outlets for the belt
conveyor drive. Maximum capacity:
120 to 160kg/cm²
The other side of the motor shaft is connected to a coupling gear with three
driven shafts which operate the following pumps:
Two pumps for the crawler's movement (capacity 1251-135 kg/cm².
One pump for the hydraulic jacks (capacity 1501-150 kg/cm².
One pump for the servo controls (capacity 10L-20kg/cm².
The pumps are provided with pilot operated overload valves. The hydraulic
systems indudes a 1000L oil tank with pressure and suction oil filters and
a motorised fan cooling unit.
